Tammy has worked for the NHS for the past 8 years and now works as the clinical lead for The Insomnia Clinic. As part of the leadership team Tammy also helps to train new therapists to deliver the insomnia programme.

Tammy Ridlington delivers both Skype and face to face sessions from her clinics in Bath and Bristol.
